Mold is the most important element for the quality of glass bottle. The mold makes the bottle in correct dimension, correct weight and volume. The mold impacts most of the bottle quality. So when we decide to design a bottle, we should pay sufficient attention to the mold process. To invest a little more cost on the mold are worthwhile. 

 

The mold is including a lot of part. All the parts in the below pictures are included in the mold. That is why we need enough time to produce it. And the price are different according to different steel or copper.
